I want to shop with you. How do I proceed?
Shopping on our website is very easy. 1. Select products and place them in the shopping cart. 2. Follow the order process, e.g. enter delivery and invoice details and select payment method. 3. Complete your order and pay. It will be even easier and quicker if you create an account during your first order. Then you can save your delivery and invoice details as well as your payment information in your account and won't have to enter them again next time. Under the question “Why is an account useful?” you can find out what other benefits an account has for you.

How do I create an account?

What is an account useful for?
Creating an account saves you time because you can securely store important information such as delivery and payment details. This means you don't have to re-enter them every time you place an order. With an account, you can also view your orders and the status of your orders at any time. By creating an account and giving us permission to send you emails, you will also receive information about our products and upcoming new products, skincare tips and personalized offers directly to your inbox.

How can I log into my account?

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once you have placed your order, it can no longer be changed. We cannot replace the products with another, remove or add goods.

When will my order arrive?

Can I also buy your products in stores?
We are a brand new to the natural cosmetics market and are currently focusing mainly on our online store. However, if you can recommend a concept store, spa or beauty salon in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France or Denmark that could be a good fit for us, please send us an email to hej@byutyful.com.

Are your products certified organic?
Yes, our products are certified organic with the label "Austria Bio Garantie". Austria is the only country in the EU to provide a comprehensive legal framework for the production and labeling of organic cosmetics. The "Austria Bio Garantie" certification ensures strict compliance with this standard.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made by hand in a factory in Austria. We are proud of the close and personal contact we have with our production.

How long are your products shelf-stable?
You will find an hourglass symbol on each of our products, both on the jar or bottle and on the outer card box. This tells you that they have a shelf life of less than 30 months. Next to it is a concatenated date that shows you the exact shelf life.

Are your products suitable for my skin?
Our products are suitable for all skin types. We don't categorize skin by type, but rather look at its current needs. And every skin needs a gentle, non-drying cleanser that protects its skin flora, the so-called microbiome. That's why our facial cleansing products contain no surfactants, no alcohol, skin-friendly, natural fragrances in low concentrations as well as moisturizing and replenishing ingredients.

Can I use your products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Our Cleansing Balm contains sweet orange, neroli and cedarwood oil (essential oils) in low concentrations. Our Verbena Toner gets its fresh scent from lemon verbena water, a hydrolate. These are the by-products of essential oil distillation and therefore a very gentle alternative. Both our selection of essential oils and the lemon verbena water are considered safe during pregnancy (especially after the first trimester) and while breastfeeding. However, please consult your gynecologist to be sure.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Our products do not contain any animal ingredients. Animal testing has been banned in the EU since 2013. It goes without saying that our products are not tested on animals either.

At the bottom of our website you will find an input field in the footer area. Enter your e-mail address in this field and click on “Subscribe”. You will then receive a link by email which you can use to confirm your email address and complete your registration for our newsletter. Another way to subscribe to our newsletter is in the checkout before completing your order.
